1. Engagement Framework

By engaging Devil Labs for engineering sprints, digital flagships, or purchasing software assets, you agree to these Terms. All commissioned engagements are governed by formal Statement of Work (SOW) milestone schedules.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon final milestone payment, full intellectual property and source code ownership for custom builds transfer directly to the client. Software assets from our product catalog are licensed according to their commercial tier specifications.

3. Warranty & SLA

All delivered production systems include our 14 to 30 day dedicated post-launch hardening guarantee covering bug fixes, edge runtime exceptions, and performance validation.
